Pawpads are meant to be the same soft pink as the inside of the ears, same applies to any fleshy bits
Generally the inside of the ears is meant to be a soft pink
Some artists add a little tuft of fur on the "inside" of the ears (as seen in below photos)
This can be either white (fig. 1) or the same pink as the rest of the ears (fig. 2). This isn't defined on the ref and either color is fine.
